Kliton Xhemali is an entrepreneur and business strategist with experience across hospitality, franchising, fitness, and consulting. His work focuses on operational efficiency, financial structuring, and scalable business development.
He holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Husson University, where he developed a strong foundation in finance, management, and strategic planning. He began his career in the United States, working in logistics, healthcare, and project management, gaining hands-on experience in optimizing operations and managing complex systems.
Xhemali later transitioned into business ownership, establishing and managing multiple ventures in Tirana, including roles in fitness, hospitality, and franchising. His portfolio includes Fusion Gym, The Rooms Restaurant and partnerships within established café networks. He also serves as CEO of PetVille, a leading chain of pet supermarkets in Albania. As the first concept of its kind in the country, PetVille has expanded to over 30 locations nationwide, offering a comprehensive “supermarket” experience with a wide range of products for various animals.
His approach combines practical execution with a financial perspective, emphasizing cost efficiency, revenue growth, and long-term scalability. With a background spanning multiple industries, Xhemali continues to focus on building sustainable businesses and developing strategies that support consistent performance and growth.
